For the past three years Alex Burnett has pursued her creative career as an independent artist and illustrator, initially based in Glasgow but more recently in Aberdeen. Alex Burnett’s work has been shown in galleries in many locations in the UK, including London, Crief, Edinburgh, Brighton, Glasgow and Cove.

Alex Burnett says of her work: “My fine art work is mainly painted in mixed media on to canvas. I enjoy working with bright colours, text and interesting textures. I create compositions brought together from life and my imagination”.
